NOËP Inspired by Robert Virves for Official Rally Estonia Anthem
The 2026 WRC Delfi Rally Estonia (16 to 19 July) will debut its own official anthem this year, created by internationally acclaimed Estonian artist NOËP. The track, Full Send, features American singer-songwriter Nancy Rose and draws its inspiration from 2022 Junior WRC Champion Robert Virves, who will compete at this year's Rally Estonia.
A long-time follower of the FIA World Rally Championship and the performances of Estonian drivers, NOËP immediately embraced the opportunity when invited to create the official soundtrack for one of Estonia's biggest sporting events. He will premiere the song live during the WRC Delfi Rally Estonia Opening Ceremony.
The title Full Send was inspired by a memorable interview given by Robert Virves to RallyTV reporter Molly Pettit after the opening day of the 2025 Secto Rally Finland. Asked about his approach for the following day, Virves replied: "Quite easy, big balls and full send." The response quickly became one of the rally world's most widely shared quotes.

"Writing an anthem is always exciting, but creating one for Rally Estonia felt like an especially cool challenge from day one. Rally Estonia is a hugely important event for Estonia, and having the chance to connect with that world creatively was both inspiring and incredibly rewarding.
Rallying is fast, powerful, unpredictable, and packed with adrenaline, and I wanted the song to capture exactly that energy. For me, a true rally anthem must be pure fuel, something that makes you want to put your foot flat to the floor. I hope Full Send does exactly that.
I'm also thrilled that American artist Nancy Rose joined the project. Her project Frenchgrl has gained significant international attention in recent years. We only met a month ago at a songwriting camp in New York, but we clicked instantly. Her vocals bring a unique character to the track and add another exciting dimension."
The official opening of WRC Delfi Rally Estonia 2026 takes place on Thursday at 18:30 in Tartu Town Hall Square, featuring performances by NOËP and An-Marlen. Following the live premiere of the official anthem, fans will enjoy the ceremonial start podium and a spectacular Rally1 demonstration run along Vabaduse Boulevard.
The celebrations continue at 22:00, when the City of Tartu presents NOËP live with his full band in a free concert for all spectators.

The result is the official Rally Estonia anthem. It is exceptionally rare in the WRC for an artist of NOËP's international profile to create an official song for a rally event, making this a truly unique collaboration.
Fans will hear the song performed live at the Opening Ceremony before NOËP takes to the stage again later that evening with his full band. On Friday morning, he will also experience what 'full send' really means when he climbs into the co-driver's seat of a Rally1 car during the Rally Estonia shakedown.

A total of 53 crews representing 23 nations have entered WRC Delfi Rally Estonia 2026, including eight Estonian Rally2 crews.
This year's event will also mark the final appearance in Estonia of the current generation of Rally1 cars, giving fans one last opportunity to see the sport's pinnacle machinery on Estonian gravel roads.
The rally winner will once again be decided at the Power Stage, finishing at Kääriku Sports Centre, where the podium celebrations will also take place.
Over three competitive days, crews will tackle 18 special stages covering 301.80 competitive kilometres across the roads of Southern Estonia.
