To be filled in by the competitors not entered in the rally but willing to take part in Reconnaissance.
Any driver taking part in Reconnaissance must respect the relevant regulations (see 2026 FIA WRC Sporting Regulations and 2026 WRC Delfi Rally Estonia Supplementary Regulations).
The registration application must be filled in by Thursday, 2 July.
The application will only be accepted if accompanied by the “Reconnaissance Only” fee.
Registration for reconnaissance will take place on Tuesday, 14 July at 10:00 – 20:00 and Wednesday, 15 July at 07:00 – 10:00 in the Rally Office. The individual times will be communicated in a Bulletin. Reconnaissance for recce only drivers is allowed on 15 and 16 July according to the time schedule published in Appendix 2 of the Supplementary Regulations.
If, for any reason, the crew is forced to replace the reconnaissance car during the reconnaissance, the Rally Secretariat (phone: +372 53 411 363) must be informed about the details of the new reconnaissance car.
